How do I book a party package?
You are able to book a party package online or by visiting visit the West Fargo Park District Office located inside the Rustad Recreation Center located at 601 26th Ave E, West Fargo, ND.
How do I give a party package as a gift?
We have gift cards available for partial or full amounts of party packages. To purchase a gift card, please visit the West Fargo Park District Office located inside the Rustad Recreation Center located at 601 26th Ave E, West Fargo, ND.
When do I need to pay for my party package?
Your party package payment ($200) is due at the time of booking.
Am I able to book a party package without a debit/credit card?

How many days in advance do I have to book my party?
Party packages must be booked at least 6 days in advance.
Can I add an additional hour to my party?
The party packages times are scheduled in advance, so adding extra time is often unavailable. Please call the West Fargo Park District at (701) 433-5360 to see if this is an option for your party.
Can I mix the inflatables in the party packages?
Inflatables are not interchangeable. An inflatable from one package can’t be substituted with an inflatable from another package. In order to have an inflatable from each package, you must rent both party packages.
PLANNING YOUR PARTY
How many people can I invite?
The maximum number of guests for a party package at the Rustad Recreation Center is 30 people. This number includes adults and children. Please remember that your party package does not come with a staff to supervise your party. You are responsible for all of your guests.
What is in the party room?
Tables, chairs, television with cable, private bathroom, refrigerator with freezer, and a sink.*
Are there any additional items I need to bring to the party?
You must provide your own plates, cups, napkins, and utensils for food/beverage. Candles, lighters, and knives are not available for cakes, so please plan ahead. Socks are required for all guests using the inflatables. Socks or shoes are required for all guests using the playground. Socks are available for purchase at the front desk.
Can I decorate the room?
Table cover is provided with your party package. If you would like to use your own decorations and tableware, you are more than welcome to do so. All decorations must stay inside the party room. Pinatas, confetti, slime and glitter are not permitted inside the Rustad Recreation Center. If you are going to hang any decorations on the walls, painters tape must be used. To reduce wall damage, tacks, packing tape, and duct tape are not allowed.
DAY OF YOUR PARTY
When am I able arrive?
You may arrive up to 15 minutes before your scheduled party. If you arrive earlier, your room may not be ready due to other parties occurring before yours. Late arrivals do not extend the time of your birthday room reservation.
What do I do upon arrival?
Inflatable Game Parties: On the day of your party, please use Door 5 and check-in at the turf entry front when you arrive.
Playground Parties: Please check-in at the front desk of the Rustad Recreation Center (located in the main lobby on the north side of the facility) when you arrive.
How long can I stay in the party room?
Please be courteous of other parties, and be prepared to exit your party room by the end of your scheduled time.
