Get out and Move!
During this introduction yoga class for youth, participants will be taught basic yoga skills in unique ways. Participants will have fun while working on balance, flexibility, strength and encouraging a calm mind. This class will be taught by a qualified yoga instructor. Yoga-mats will be provided; athletic clothes are recommended.
This program is for youth who would like to learn the basics an techniques of jazz, ballet, hip hop and drill/kick. Qualified dance instructors form Halftime by Sheri Dance Studio will be teaching this fun and introductory class. Dress in shorts, tank top and tights. Dance shoes are recommended but are not required. No previous dance experience needed. Bring a water bottle.
