The Farmers Market & Beyond was established in 2007 by the West Fargo Park District. The market provides local growers and food, art and craft artisans an opportunity to display and sell items to the public.
The focus of the market is to provide local growers with the opportunity to bring fresh produce, flowers, bulbs, jams, jellies, dairy products, meats, herbs and berries directly to the public. The Farmers Market & Beyond provides an opportunity to sell these unique, local goods.
Becoming a Vendor
New Vendor Grant
The North Dakota Farmers Market and Growers Association is excited to announce a grant for new vendors. If this is your first or second year as a new vendor, and you are a regular market vendor of the West Fargo Park District’s Farmers Market & Beyond, you qualify for this grant program. Grant funds may only be used for supplies and equipment and marketing material related to vending at a farmers’ market. Eligible items include: canopies, canopy weights, tables, bags, boxes, signs, scales, banners, signs, business cards, brochures, etc. Qualifying vendors will receive at least $300. To apply for this grant, please click on the link below.
About the Market
We are actively seeking farmers and growers of fresh, local produce to join our farmers market anytime throughout the season.
Prepared or Processed Food
Food prepared or processed for resale in the State of North Dakota at the Farmers’ Market must comply with the North Dakota State University Food Safety Booklet.
Arts & Crafts
Items sold at the market must be made by the applicant. No imports or reselling is allowed.
All home-based businesses are welcome. Please contact Matthew Johnson at 433-5360 to reserve your days and times.
If you would like to be a market food vendor, please contact us. This is a great fundraising opportunity for service groups in our area.
Vendors are required to pay a booth fee each day they attend the market. These fees help cover the cost of advertising and other expenses. The fee is $15 per days. No power is available but generators are acceptable.
Groups that focus on health, wellness, fitness and nutrition are always welcome to set up booths at no charge to help educate public on healthy lifestyles and promoting healthy communities.
