The Farmers’ Market & Beyond began in 2007 by the West Fargo Park District. The market provides local growers, food and craft artisans to display and sell items to the public.
Market Hours
July 8th-October 14th, 2010
Thursdays - 4:00-7:00pm
August 28th-October 16th, 2010
Saturdays - 9:00am-1:00pm
Market Location
South Elmwood Park, 500 13th Ave W, WF
The focus of the market is to provide local growers with the opportunity to bring fresh produce, as well as flora, bulbs, jams, jellies, herbs, berries, directly to the public. In addition to local farmers, food, art and craft artisans sell unique, local goods.
Produce
We are actively seeking farmers and growers of fresh, local produce anytime throughout the season.
Food
Food prepared or processed for resale in the State of North Dakota at the Farmers’ Market must comply with the North Dakota State
University Food Safety Booklet.
Arts & Crafts
Items sold at the market must be handmade
locally by the applicant. No imports or reselling.
Home-based Businesses
Home-based businesses are welcome if it is a food related item or product.
Other features:
Food Vendor
If you would like to be a market food vendor, please contact us. This may be a great fundraising opportunity for service groups in our area. No power is available but generators are acceptable.
Music
Help create a festive atmosphere and share your talents by performing at this years market. Musicians can accept tips.
Non-Profit Organizations
Groups that focus on health, wellness, fitness and nutrition are always welcome to set up booths at no charge to help educate public on healthly lifestyles and promoting healthy communities.
