Ordinance 1
An ordinance regulating the use of alcoholic beverages and glass containers on park property, providing for enforcement, and penalties for violation of its provisions.
Glass Containers - Prohibition - It is unlawful to bring or carry glass containers on to any park property.
Alcoholic Beverages - Prohibition - No person shall bring alcoholic beverages into or use alcoholic beverages on property of WFPD without a permit. Permits for alcoholic beverages may be obtained for a fee from the WF Park District Office. Group or keg permits are available.
Ordinance 366
Collection of Animal Solid Waste on Public Property Every person having custody or control of a dog or cat shall be equipped to, and collect said animal’s solid waste when eliminated on property owned by the city of West Fargo, the Park District and the School District. Any person who wishes to make a complaint regarding violations of this section must appear before the Judge of the Municipal Court and sign a complaint.
Ordinance 609
Nuisances on Park Property - No owner, occupant, or user of property abutting Park District property of the West Fargo Park District shall cause or allow water from down spout, sump pump or similar device to be directly or indirectly deposited on Park District property. No person shall deposit snow, earth, construction material, or other substance on Park District property.
Any person who violates or fails to comply with any provisions of these ordinances shall be subject to a fine not to exceed $500.

Registration Fee: $20
The snowmobile safety certification class covers important safety information including: safe operation of snowmobiles, proper riding gear, proper riding techniques, helmet safety and North Dakota laws and guidelines. Riders 12 and older are required to either possess a vailid driver's license or a snowmobile safety certification. The class is open to all ages, but participants 12 and older wishing to get certified will need to pay a $20 registration fee. Call
